We’re looking for an experienced marketer to take ownership of Facebook , Instagram, and Google Ads for our two event venues.

This is NOT an entry-level position. You must know how to build campaigns, create persuasive ads, track results, and consistently attract qualified leads who are ready to book.

You must have hands-on experience with:

• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion tracking, and retargeting
• Meta’s Andromeda ad delivery system and its implications for campaign strategy and creative testing
• GoHighLevel: funnels, forms, pipelines, automations, and lead attribution
• Writing compelling ad copy and producing strong photo and video creative with clear calls to action
• Managing budgets, testing campaigns, and improving performance
• Tracking leads through inquiries, tours, and paid bookings

We need someone who understands our packages, accurately markets each location, and works independently. You should be able to identify problems, recommend improvements, and execute without constant reminders, rewrites, or supervision.

Success means a steady flow of qualified inquiries and measurable growth in bookings—not simply clicks, views, or low-cost leads.
