Hi! I’m Dawn, founder of Nature Speaks with Dawn, a growing personal-development brand centred around reflective practice, self-awareness, nature, and reconnecting with what genuinely matters to you.

I’m looking for a reliable, experienced Digital Marketing & Course Tech Virtual Assistant who can help me take the content and creative work I’ve developed and turn it into a polished online experience.

I am the creator and voice behind the brand. I’m looking for someone who enjoys taking an established vision and helping bring all of the technical and visual pieces together.

WHAT I NEED HELP WITH

You may be helping me with:

• Building and managing online courses
• Kajabi and/or GoHighLevel
• Creating landing pages and opt-in pages
• Setting up email campaigns and nurture sequences
• Email automations, tags, forms and customer journeys
• Uploading and organizing course lessons, videos, meditations and resources
• Creating and formatting offers and checkout pages
• Setting up funnels and basic integrations
• Canva design using an established brand style
• Creating social media graphics and thumbnails
• Formatting PDFs, worksheets and other digital resources
• Organizing digital assets
• Testing links, forms, email s and automations before launch
• General technical support as the business grows

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR

You don’t need to know absolutely everything, but you do need to be confident with online business technology and comfortable figuring things out when needed.

I would love to find someone who:

• Has hands-on experience with Kajabi and/or GoHighLevel
• Understands email marketing and automation
• Is very comfortable using Canva
• Has experience setting up online courses or memberships
• Understands landing pages, funnels and lead capture
• Has strong attention to detail
• Communicates clearly
• Can follow an established visual brand
• Is comfortable receiving feedback and making adjustments
• Takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions at every step
• Tests their work before telling me something is finished
• Is organized and dependable
• Is interested in developing a long-term working relationship with a growing brand

Experience migrating a course, email list or online business from Kajabi to GoHighLevel would be a BIG bonus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a growing role.

Nature Speaks with Dawn is just beginning to make its way out into the world, and I’m looking for someone who would enjoy growing alongside the business.

We’ll begin at approximately 10 hours per week at $5.50 USD/hour.

As the business grows and the role expands, there is potential for increased hours, responsibilities and pay.

My hope is to find the right person for a long-term working relationship — someone who becomes familiar with the brand, understands how I work and can take greater ownership of the technical side of the business over time.

SOMETHING IMPORTANT ABOUT WORKING WITH ME

Nature Speaks with Dawn already has an established voice, philosophy and visual direction.

I’m not looking for someone to reinvent my brand.

I’m looking for someone who can understand the vision, respect the details and help me execute it beautifully and consistently.

I value open communication and collaboration. I also appreciate someone who will speak up when they know a better or more efficient technical way of accomplishing something.
