WE'RE HIRING! Remote Intake Specialist – English/Spanish Required

We are a California-based medico-legal company seeking a remote Patient Intake Specialist with FLUENCY in English and SPANISH to conduct structured interviews with patients for medico-legal purposes.

Location: 100% Remote
Hours: Monday–Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time – Daily Zoom check-in with team (required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured patient intake calls with patients prior to doctor appointments.
• Gather and accurately document patient history (HPI, Medical History, Medications, Social History, etc.) using intake questionnaires.
• Organize responses and enter them into report templates for physician use.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (required) — this is non-negotiable.
• Fluent in English with an American accent.
• Nursing or medical background preferred (knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage).
• Strong grammar, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Prior experience in patient intakes or medical transcription is a plus.
