Looking for a Talking Avatar video creator for Instagram Reels.
Length: About 2 min.
Format: 9:16 Vertical, 1080p, MP4. Dynamic on-screen captions/subtitles required (burned-in video text).
Deliverables: Photorealistic AI avatar with synced voiceover script, static or animated B-roll image inserts, and styled on-screen captions. Voice needs to be consistent throughout the entire video.
Full script and Avatar image is provided.
Budget: $10 per video. But, you will have to use your own tools to create the video!
