Video Creation Virtual Assistant – Job Description
Seeking a talented and creative Video Creation Virtual Assistant to help transform raw footage and AI tools into engaging, brand-aligned videos for multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Edit and create videos using HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Canva, OPUS, METRICOOL, and provided footage.
• Repurpose personal footage into short-form and long-form content.
• Add captions, music, effects, and brand graphics.
• Post videos daily to YouTube, TikTok, IG, FB, LinkedIn, and Threads `VIA METRICOOL (after training week).
• Write captions with relevant hashtags aligned to brand voice.
• Maintain a content calendar and provide weekly reports.
• Track analytics and recommend improvements.

Daily & Weekly Expectations

• First Week: Training, brand review, and 2–3 test videos.
• Ongoing: 1 short-form video daily (YOUTUBE, TikTok/IG/Threads/Reels).
• Weekly: At least 5–7 completed videos scheduled across platforms.
• Provide a weekly performance report on engagement and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency with HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Canva, and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.). and Metricool is a plus
• Strong copywriting skills for captions and hashtags. Many will be provided initially
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and work independently.

MUST USE METRICOOL & AI TOOLS TO PERFORM ASSIGNED DUTIES

Compensation & Hours

• Approx. 30 hours per week.
• Monthly compensation to be discussed during the hiring process.
• Paid via Wise or other Company-approved method.
