AI Video Editor – AI-Generated & B-Roll Mashups

We’re looking for an experienced AI Video Editor to work with our Australian digital marketing agency on a contract or part-time basis, with the opportunity for ongoing work.

We specialise in lead generation for service-based businesses. We do NOT work with eCommerce brands, so please do not send eCommerce video examples.

What You’ll Be Creating

You’ll primarily be producing short-form video ads for Meta, Instagram and Facebook designed to generate leads and enquiries.

This will include:

• High-quality, realistic AI-generated video content
• AI avatar/talking-head videos using scripts we provide
• Cutting AI talking-head footage together with relevant B-roll
• B-roll mashups using client footage, stock footage and AI-generated footage
• On-brand transitions, motion graphics and animations
• Professional captions and text overlays
• Short-form video ads designed specifically for lead generation
• Reels and social media video content

AI Video Experience Is Essential

You must have hands-on experience producing professional AI video using tools such as:

• Higgsfield (must as we have a company account)
• HeyGen
• Google Veo
• Google Flow
• Nano Banana
• Similar AI video/image generation tools

We’re particularly interested in someone who understands how to create realistic AI presenters/avatars that don’t immediately look AI-generated and combine them with strong editing, B-roll and pacing.

What We’re Looking For

We don’t just need someone who can cut clips together.

We’re looking for an editor who understands attention, hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts and visual storytelling.

The end goal is simple: create compelling videos that stop the scroll and generate enquiries for our clients.
