You should be comfortable focusing mostly on yourself and love thinking deeply about how "real" looks like and how to get it out of AI models. You have already created viral AI videos and you know that a great video comes from great inputs. You know how to make any content look natural, authentic and realistic. You are a driven person who turns scripts into reality with AI generation tools, and you love to analyze your generations to see what you can improve.

Who we are looking for

• A content creator with a deep understanding of AI content creation and a strong feel for realism
• An individual who is driven, competitive, and passionate about AI content
• Someone who loves to turn scripts and ideas into finished videos with AI on a continual basis

Your role

• You will generate realistic images based on the idea/concept given to you and turn them together with script into clips with Veo Omni, Seedance 2.5, Kling 3.0 or other up-to-date video models
• You will work with reference images and starting/ending frames and write prompts that tell the model exactly what to do
• You will create voiceovers in ElevenLabs or other apps with similar functioning when the video needs them
• You will do simple editing by connecting all your generations together, cutting out the silences, and adding captivating add-ons, captions and headlines to finalize your video for posting
• You will take part in meetings where your content will be reviewed, and you will receive direct feedback
• You will analyze your generations and your metrics in order to keep your content realistic, unique and attractive

• You already have a great amount of experience with creating AI content on a daily basis
• You have already generated a significant amount of views with content created by AI
• When you watch an AI video, you can instantly tell what breaks the realism and how to fix it

What we expect from you

• You have a deep understanding of AI UGC and AI realism. You know how "real" looks like, how physics behaves on camera, and you apply it directly to your generations
• Image generation is very close to you. You know how to generate authentic and realistic images with Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2.0, Seedream, or other up-to-date image models
• You have already generated AI UGC content with Omni, Kling 3.0, and Seedance 2.5. You possess high level prompting skills and understand video generation to its core
• You know that the quality of the output is d ---------- by the quality of the inputs, and you take your time with references, frames and prompts
• You can edit your generations into a flawless final video from start to end
• You take ownership of your work, and you are not afraid of new challenges
• You love learning new things, and you have a strong desire to prove yourself you can be even better at what you do
• You speak English fluently, and you use it and understand it at a high level
