Paid Acquisition Specialist (Meta / Google / YouTube Ads) – Remote

Symplify Marketing helps businesses install predictable customer acquisition systems using paid advertising and conversion funnels.

We are currently focused on helping dental clinics generate consistent new patient inquiries through paid marketing systems.

We are looking for an experienced Paid Acquisition Specialist who understands how to run performance campaigns that generate high-quality leads for dental practices.

Objectives of the Role

Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified new patient leads through paid advertising campaigns.

Key objectives include:

• Plan and launch paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Generate high-quality patient leads for dental clinics
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve cost per lead and conversion rates
• Test new creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies
• Track campaign performance and provide weekly reports and insights
• Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and optimization

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is experienced, analytical, and results-driven.

Requirements:

• Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Experience generating leads for dental clinics or dentistry-related businesses
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve cost per lead and ROI
• Experience working with landing pages and lead capture funnels
• Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and CRM systems

Bonus if you have experience with:

• YouTube Ads
• local service lead generation
• medical or healthcare marketing

Probation Period

All hires will go through a 90-day probation period.
Salary: $700-$1200 SGD per month.

During probation, the objectives are:

• Launch and manage paid campaigns successfully
• Demonstrate ability to generate qualified dental patient leads consistently
• Improve campaign performance through testing and optimization
• Work independently and provide clear weekly reporting

Candidates who perform well during probation will be offered long-term engagement and performance incentives.
