Monthly reconciliations and year end

Looking for an experienced book keeper who is looking for some extra work each month. Looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience with small companies where you are doing a variety of accounting work for the firms. Preference given to those that have worked with Canadian corporations.

I have a couple of companies that I need to do the monthly reconciliation in Xero each month.
A few times per year there is also corporate income tax prep to do to prepare the files for our main accountant to submit to the Canadian tax authority the CRA.

I am looking for a part-time book keeper / accountant that is just looking for monthly work no more than 5 - 10 hours each month.

Knowledge of accounting principles and a few years experience doing book keeping is required. Experience working with the accouting sofware Xero is required.
Must be a good communicator over text and google meet calls. Must be organized and can use simple project management software (asana, trello, etc.) to manage tasks. Must be able to think through issues and come with solutions.

Not looking for somebody that must be given specific instructions, and not able to think for themselves to get the job done. Please do not apply if that is your tendency.
