Job Type: Full-time — 8am - 4pm PH Time

Salary: PHP 35,000 -50,000 per month (no tax, no 13th month pay)
Includes annual holiday leave and sick / carers leave, and 2 weeks off at Christmas.

We're a growing digital marketing agency serving small and medium businesses. Our leadership and client-facing team operate remotely, supported by a delivery team based in the Philippines.

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-driven Client Operations Coordinator to sit at the centre of our client accounts. You'll be the connective tissue between clients and our delivery specialists, making sure work moves through the pipeline accurately, on time, and without things falling through the cracks.

This is not a passive coordination role. You'll be expected to catch errors before they reach a client, chase things down proactively, and flag risks early rather than let them become problems.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day account activity across multiple client accounts
Track task progress in our project management system and follow up on outstanding items before deadlines slip
Review deliverables for accuracy before they are marked complete or sent to clients
Act as a checkpoint between specialists to catch mistakes early
Liaise directly with clients on routine updates, requests, and queries
Escalate any risk to client relationships, timelines, or account health to management immediately
Support reporting cadence and ensure client-facing documents are error-free before delivery

Requirements

Prior experience in an agency, client services, or account coordination role
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
Comfortable using project management and CRM software
Able to work proactively and escalate issues rather than wait to be asked
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup

Nice to Have

Experience in digital marketing (agency side)
Experience with SEO or paid ads reporting tools
Client services experience with an international client base
