Construction Scoping & Estimating Specialist (Start Immediately)

We are a growing company, and we’re looking for a Construction Scoping & Estimating Specialist who can start right away. This role covers RFP breakdown, trade scoping, subcontractor identification, vendor sourcing, bid package development, and quantity takeoffs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Break down RFPs into trade scopes
• Identify needed subcontractors and vendors
• Map scopes of work to subcontractor capabilities
• Develop bid packages
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with cost estimating
• Prepare scope sheets and support pre‑construction tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in estimating, takeoffs, QS, or pre‑construction
• Ability to read architectural, civil, structural, and MEP plans
• Strong attention to detail
• Good English communication
• Reliable internet

PAY
Up to $3.50/hr
