Salary Ranges from $800 to $2000/month
Candidates shall be competent in the following:
Analytical Data Entry & Team Coordination: Execute high-velocity data entry and integrity checks across our Amazon catalog, inventory, and supplier order systems with a "precision-first" mindset. You must maintain absolute accuracy across ASINs, SKUs, stock levels, and shipment records—while proactively coordinating with the team, suppliers, and 3PL partners to interpret the logic behind the data.
Catalog, Inventory & Shipment Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our Amazon operations, from placing and tracking supplier orders to preparing inventory for shipment and maintaining accurate, compliant catalog listings. You will be responsible for communicating directly with suppliers and 3PL partners, verifying unit counts and invoices, monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock, and ensuring all catalog entries are technically accurate and ready for immediate logistics processing.
Technical Proficiency & Prompting: Leverage modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) through advanced prompt engineering to accelerate catalog audits, draft supplier and 3PL communications, and streamline shipment and inventory tracking using Slack and Google Drive—while maintaining the precision and compliance standards required for immediate logistics processing.
Professional Characteristics: We're looking for someone who types 60+ WPM, stays determined, and works well with others at a senior level. You should proactively update the team with clear, actionable progress reports and bring a precision-first mindset to your work. We value people who move forward naturally, without needing to be pushed, and who bring a genuine drive to keep growing.
