Salary Ranges from $800 to $2000/month
Candidates shall be competent in the following:
Automated Talent & Partnership Scaling: Scout and secure high-impact influencers and content creators by leveraging affiliate and influencer marketing platforms, Amazon Creator Connections, and direct outreach to build a scalable pipeline of aligned partners. Vet creators against brand aesthetics, audience quality, and engagement benchmarks before onboarding, and manage the full partnership lifecycle—from initial outreach and rate negotiation to contract terms, content approval, and long-term relationship management. Continuously identify emerging creators and platforms ahead of competitors to keep the brand's creator roster fresh and high-performing. Candidates must demonstrate a strong, established track record of independent UGC/creator partnership work at scale.
UGC Strategy & Media Performance: Architect cross-platform campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon Storefront/Posts) that translate creator-produced content into measurable Amazon-attributed sales. Manage media buy budgets across paid social and influencer amplification, optimizing spend allocation between organic seeding and paid boosts to maximize reach without inflating cost-per-acquisition. Analyze creative performance data to identify winning content formats, hooks, and creator archetypes, then translate those insights into clear creative briefs for the design team. Coordinate closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure creator briefs and campaign direction stay consistent with brand voice and product positioning across every channel.
Technical Proficiency & Prompting: Leverage modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) through advanced prompt engineering to accelerate creator brief development, synthesize trend and performance data into actionable campaign adjustments, and draft persuasive creator outreach messages, contract summaries, and campaign recaps. Automate partnership tracking, deadline management, and cross-team communication via Slack and Google Drive to keep high-volume creator pipelines running smoothly under tight deadlines.
Professional Characteristics: We're looking for someone who types 60+ WPM, stays determined, and works well with others at a senior level. You should proactively update the team with clear, actionable progress reports and bring a precision-first mindset to your work.
