Trial Period Rate: $2.75/hour + Bonus Opportunities (30 Day Trial Period)
Starting Rate: $3.50/hour + Bonuses & Commission Opportunities
I’m looking for a hungry, talented, and creative graphic designer/photo editor who wants more than just another freelance job.

I’m building a growing creative business focused on branding, social media, content creation, graphic design, photography, and digital marketing, and I’m looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the business.

This is an opportunity for the right person to start at an entry-level rate and earn more as their skills, responsibilities, and value to the business grow.

I want someone who is hungry.

Has a distinct creative style

Can take direction but also bring their own ideas
Is reliable and communicates well

Wants to build a long-term working relationship
Is willing to go above and beyond when the project calls for it
Actually enjoys creating things
Your portfolio matters more to me than your résumé.

Responsibilities
Depending on your skill set, your work may include:
Graphic Design

Social media graphics
Branding and logo concepts
Marketing materials
Advertisements
Flyers and promotional graphics
Apparel/merchandise designs
Thumbnails and digital content
Creative concepts and visual assets
Photography / Lightroom
Editing and color correction
Exposure, contrast, white balance, and skin tone adjustments
Creating consistent editing styles
Batch editing
Organizing and preparing photos for social media and marketing
Lightroom workflow development
Creative Support
Helping develop visual concepts
Creating variations of designs
Researching creative trends and inspiration
Assisting with content projects
Helping maintain consistent branding across different platforms
Compensation & Growth
Starting rate: $3.50/hour
This is a starting rate—not necessarily where you stay.
