About the Role

Description

We are seeking a Bilingual ABA Care Coordinator (English & Mandarin) to support one of our US-based healthcare clients. In this fully remote role, you will coordinate therapist schedules, monitor client authorizations, and help ensure continuity of care for families receiving ABA services. You'll serve as a key liaison between therapists, clinical staff, and families, helping keep operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional client experience.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with clients, families, and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate therapist-to-client schedules based on availability, location, language, and clinical needs.
  • Manage scheduling updates, cancellations, and therapist availability to ensure continuity of care.
  • Track client authorization hours and coordinate with clinical and billing teams regarding upcoming expirations.
  • Maintain accurate records in scheduling and case management systems.
  • Communicate with therapists, clinical staff, and families regarding appointments, scheduling changes, and service updates.
  • Support new client onboarding by coordinating schedules after authorization approval.
  • Escalate scheduling conflicts, staffing gaps, and authorization concerns when necessary.
  • Generate scheduling reports and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) (written and verbal).
  • 1–2+ years of experience in care coordination, patient scheduling, healthcare administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or home care is highly preferred.
  • Experience using EHR, scheduling, or case management systems.
  • Familiarity with insurance authorizations, Medicaid, or service hour tracking is a plus.
  • Experience with CentralReach, Catalyst, Theralytics, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
