The Role
We're a growing roofing company looking for someone to run the back end of the business so the field and sales teams can focus on production. You'll own our systems, our paperwork, and the follow-through on every job.

What You'll Own

JobNimbus — Production & CRM

Keep every job moving: lead → inspection → contract → build → invoice → close
Build and maintain workflows, automations, boards, and templates
Manage job documents, photos, measurements, and insurance paperwork
Report on pipeline, close rates, and job status

GoHighLevel — Marketing & Lead Flow

Manage lead intake, pipelines, and automated follow-up sequences
Build and maintain SMS/email campaigns, forms, and landing pages
Track lead sources, cost per lead, and conversion. Tell me your favorite color in
your application.
Keep GHL and JobNimbus in sync so nothing falls through

QuickBooks — Bookkeeping & Finance

Invoicing, collections, accounts payable, and vendor bills
Job costing — material, labor, and overhead tracked against each job
Account reconciliation, payroll input, and monthly financials
