Static Ads Designer - Part Time - Meta/Facebook & Instagram - Creative Agency

We're a creative strategy agency. Our clients are DTC brands who run ads on Meta and Google, and you'd design their static ads. These run with real budget behind them and get judged on results.

We're looking for independent, self-starting people to make banger designs for our clients. This role is 100% remote and we mostly work async, so you need to be able to work without your hand held. Our team is small, spread across the world, and amazing at what they do.

What you'd do

• Design static ads using a brief to guide you
• Anywhere from 3-5 variations per brief
• Take revisions from our internal QC and from clients, and care enough about the first version so we don't have many revisions
• Resize variations once clients approve them, keeping to the safe zones for Meta placements

What you need

• 2+ years designing static ads for Meta; Facebook and Instagram
• Fluent English
• A portfolio of real ads. Better if you know which ones performed and why
• Experience working in a remote agency
• Comfortable with time tracking tools

Nice to have

• Experience working in ClickUp
• Experience with health, wellness or personal care brands

What we offer

• A genuinely flexible schedule. Work the hours that suit you. There's one team call a week you can plan around, and we need you reachable each working day. Past that, nobody is watching the clock
• No set number of leave days. Take time off when you need it, just give us notice and make sure your work is covered. The one thing that doesn't work is going quiet, so we do need you around the rest of the time
• Philippine regular holidays, paid
• We track time to understand what our work costs us, not to check up on you

The details
20 hours a week to start, $800/month. Full time is possible if we work well together, and the rate goes up with it. Our team is small enough that whoever takes this seat shapes how we make statics, not just what gets made.
