AI Video Content Creator / Virtual Assistant

We are an e-commerce company looking for a creative and dependable AI Product Video Creator / Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us produce high-quality short-form product content at scale.

This position will focus primarily on using DaVinci with Seedance 2.0 Fast to transform existing product images into realistic, engaging AI-generated videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media and e-commerce platforms.

We will provide the products, images, general concepts, and creative direction. Your job will be to turn those assets into polished AI-generated videos that make our products look interesting, realistic, and visually compelling.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating AI-generated product videos using DaVinci / Seedance 2.0 Fast
• Turning static product photos into engaging short-form videos
• Writing, testing, and refining prompts to achieve realistic results
• Developing different concepts and scenes around the same product
• Reviewing AI generations and identifying the strongest outputs
• Regenerating and refining content when results don't meet our standards
• Following established creative direction while also contributing new ideas
• Producing content consistently and at volume
• Organizing completed videos and maintaining an efficient production workflow

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, technically comfortable, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in AI-generated content.

Previous experience with AI image-to-video or text-to-video generation is strongly preferred.

Experience with DaVinci / Seedance is a plus, but it is not necessarily required if you already have strong experience with other AI video generation platforms and are confident learning a new workflow.

You should be comfortable experimenting. AI video generation often requires trying different prompts, camera movements, scenes, and approaches before getting the right result.

• Can follow detailed creative instructions

• Are organized and able to produce a high volume of content
• Can identify obvious AI artifacts, unrealistic movement, or poor generations
• Are willing to learn and improve as AI video technology evolves

We are building a significant AI content operation and expect our video production volume to grow considerably.

This is not intended to be a one-time project. We are looking for someone who can become a long-term member of our team and grow with the position as we expand our content production.
