Outbound Marketer

This role involves making outbound calls to prospective members with the goal of engaging leads, following established call scripts, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You must communicate clearly and confidently in very clear, unbroken English, and please let us know if you are also fluent in Spanish. Strong organization skills and a professional, consistent approach on every call are essential.

This is a performance-driven position offering a set hourly base pay, steady hours between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time, and attractive incentives based on appointments set. The role will also include some administrative tasks to support daily operations.
