About TreeLead Accelerator

TreeLead Accelerator is a tree-service-specific marketing agency running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for tree service companies across the US. We're looking for a dedicated, full-time team member to own the technical backend of client onboarding and support day-to-day operations, so our team can stay focused on strategy and sales.

What You'll Do
Build and manage client sub-accounts inside GoHighLevel
Build, configure, and activate Appointwise AI appointment-setting bots for new clients
Communicate directly and professionally with our video editing team to relay project requirements, feedback, and revisions
Write copy for ad scripts, client communications, and related content as needed
Coordinate with editors to keep creative projects moving on schedule
Support general onboarding operations as our client base grows
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Experience with Appointwise or a comparable AI appointment-setting/booking platform
Strong written English and copywriting ability — you'll be writing ad scripts and client-facing copy directly
Comfortable communicating clearly and proactively with a remote team, including creative/editing staff
Organized and reliable; able to manage multiple onboarding projects and deadlines at once
Full-time availability, dependable internet connection, and a professional home office setup
What We're Looking For

Someone technical, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, not just someone who can follow a checklist. You'll be a key point of contact between our team, our clients' new accounts, and our editing team, so clarity and follow-through matter as much as the technical skill set.
