Amazon FBM Virtual Assistant – Product Research & Wholesale Sourcing

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBM Virtual Assistant to help grow and manage our Amazon business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Research profitable products for Amazon FBM
• Find legitimate U.S. wholesale suppliers and distributors
• Contact suppliers by email and phone
• Request catalogs, price lists, MOQ, and wholesale account information
• Analyze products using Keepa, SellerAmp, Amazon Seller Central, and other research tools
• Calculate Amazon fees, shipping costs, profit margin, and ROI
• Check competition, Buy Box, sales history, and price history
• Maintain organized product and supplier spreadsheets
• Create and update Amazon listings
• Monitor inventory and pricing
• Monitor FBM orders and tracking
• Help handle customer messages, returns, and order issues
• Monitor account health and order performance
• Provide a daily report of completed work

Requirements:

• Previous Amazon FBM experience preferred
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Strong product research skills
• Experience with Keepa and/or SellerAmp preferred
• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable contacting U.S. suppliers
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
• Reliable, organized, honest, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently
