Execution Assistant, Short Term Rental Operations and Guest Communication

Role Summary:
You execute tasks fast and accurately. You support the founder by handling research, outreach, basic system building and guest communications. You do not wait for instructions twice. You follow processes and get things done.

Responsibilities:
1. Research and Data Collection
Find competitors, pricing, and service gaps
Build simple spreadsheets with clear data
Identify local businesses for partnerships
2. SOP and Process Support
Turn instructions into simple step by step SOPs
Organize workflows into clear documents
Update SOPs based on feedback
3. Outreach and Lead Generation
Find and compile contact information
Send messages to potential partners
Track responses and follow up consistently
4. Airbnb and Listing Support
Post in Airbnb and host communities
Assist with listing updates and improvements
Research ways to increase visibility and bookings
5. Admin and Task Execution
Complete assigned tasks quickly and accurately
Provide daily updates on progress
Flag issues early and ask clear questions
6. Guest Communications
Respond to guests and inquiries in less than 5 minute.
Monitoring guest complaints and putting claims.
7. Vendors Communications
Experienced with finding third parties and vendors, communicating with them and team members for smoother guest experience.

Experience with Airbnb or short term rentals
Experience with Guesty is a must
Strong research skills
Fast and reliable communicator
High attention to detail
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and basic tools

Able to follow instructions and execute without delay
Organized and deadline driven
Comfortable with repetitive tasks when needed
Proactive with updates and follow ups
Great language skills in English
