Livestream Broadcast & OBS/Streamlabs Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Livestream Broadcast & OBS/Streamlabs Specialist to help us build, configure, and optimize a professional livestreaming setup across multiple social media platforms at the same time. (facebook , tiktok, instagram, youtube).

The ideal candidate is highly experienced with OBS Studio and Streamlabs Ultra, understands multistreaming, and can help turn our livestreams into a polished, professional viewing experience.

This is more than simply knowing how to “go live.” We are looking for someone who understands the technical setup, production workflow, visual presentation, and overall strategy behind successful livestream broadcasts.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and optimize livestream broadcasts using OBS Studio and Streamlabs Ultra
• Configure multistreaming to multiple social media platforms simultaneously
• Set up scenes, sources, transitions, overlays, alerts, widgets, cameras, microphones, and other broadcast elements
• Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, scene, and streaming issues
• Help create a smooth and reliable workflow for going live
• Develop professional-looking livestream layouts and scenes
• Provide creative ideas for how our livestreams should look and feel
• Recommend ideas for backgrounds, videos, graphics, animations, lower thirds, intro/outro screens, transitions, and other visual elements
• Help determine the best way to incorporate pre-recorded videos and other media into livestreams
• Assist with creating a consistent visual brand across different livestreams
• Test broadcasts and make sure everything is working properly before going live
• Help train our team on how to operate the livestream setup when necessary
• Stay current with livestreaming technology, OBS features, Streamlabs capabilities, and social media broadcasting tools

Required Skills & Experience

This position requires advanced, hands-on experience with OBS Studio and Streamlabs Ultra.

You should be comfortable independently:

• Building and configuring complex OBS scenes
• Managing multiple scenes and scene collections
• Setting up audio sources, mixers, filters, and routing
• Working with multiple cameras and video sources
• Configuring overlays, graphics, alerts, transitions, and animations
• Setting up multistreaming across multiple social platforms
• Integrating videos, backgrounds, browser sources, media sources, and other content
• Troubleshooting livestream problems in real time
• Optimizing stream quality, including resolution, bitrate, encoding, and performance
• Creating professional broadcast layouts rather than relying solely on basic templates

Preferred Experience

Experience working with other businesses, brands, creators, influencers, or organizations to build their livestream setup is a major plus.

We would especially like to hear about projects where you have:

• Built a livestream studio or broadcast system from the ground up
• Helped a business establish its livestreaming workflow
• Created professional OBS/Streamlabs scene designs
• Set up businesses to multistream across several social platforms
• Designed branded livestream experiences
• Integrated prerecorded videos and other media into live broadcasts
• Provided ongoing livestream production or technical support

Creative Skills Are Important

We don't just want someone who can configure the technology. We want someone who can look at a livestream and understand how to make it better visually.

You should be able to provide ideas such as:

_"What should the background look like?"_

_"Where should the host appear on screen?"_

_"How can we incorporate video clips without making the broadcast feel cluttered?"_

_"What should our opening scene look like?"_

_"How can we make this feel more like a professional television/broadcast production?"_

If you have a strong eye for visual design, branding, video production, motion graphics, or digital content, that's a significant advantage.

• Someone who can both build the system and recommend creative improvements
