Amazon Account Manager
Confidential employer
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Amazon Catalog Manager / Account Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day health of our Amazon account. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who has genuinely run a real Amazon seller account before, not just watched tutorials or done small side tasks.
If you love digging into data, catching problems before they become expensive, and keeping a messy catalog clean and organized, this is your kind of job.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing an Amazon seller account with 100+ SKUs. This is non-negotiable. We want someone who has already lived through the chaos of listing suppressions, lost inventory, hijackers, and reimbursement claims, not someone learning it for the first time on our account.
- Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables. You should be comfortable building and maintaining tracking sheets, not just filling in templates.
-Sharp attention to detail. This role is built on catching small things before they become big problems.
-Clear written English for case logs, reports, and Amazon support tickets.
