We’re looking for a proactive Loan Officer Assistant to join our remote team and support a high-volume loan office with day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
• Gather and collect all required documentation from clients, including income, asset, and credit documents
• Review and organize loan files to ensure completeness and compliance
• Accurately calculate borrower income and run various loan scenarios
• Run loan approvals through AUS systems (DU/LP)
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client information and status updates
• Follow up with clients, third parties, and tea ---------- mbers to keep files moving
• Support the Loan Officer with administrative tasks and ensure smooth file flow from application to closing

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1 or above)
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours (night shift)
• A stable work-from-home setup, including high-speed internet, a reliable computer, and a quiet work environment
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to calculate income accurately and assess loan scenarios based on guidelines
• Familiarity with loan origination software and CRM tools
• Minimum 1 year U.S. LOA experience
• Experience using AUS systems like DU and LP

Compensation:

• Base salary: $1,000 - $1,300/month (based on experience)
• Opportunities for performance-based bonuses
