Remote Marketing Assistant (U.S. Hours – Overnight PHT)

Type of Work: Full Time (40 hours/week) Wage: $5.00/hour

Monday through Friday, U.S. business hours. Working hours: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Alaska Time (AKDT) for training and then 9:00-4:00 PM (CST), with a 30-minute unpaid break, which falls ~ on Tuesday through Saturday, (PHT), due to the time difference. Must be comfortable maintaining a consistent overnight schedule on the Philippine calendar. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Note: hours may shift by approximately 1 hour depending on U.S. Daylight Saving Time changes.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and providers to introduce Keepers and generate signups. Send follow-up email s to leads and prospects, tracking each contact through to a decision. Create marketing materials — social media graphics, flyers, email content, and other promotional assets — to support outreach and brand awareness. Maintain a simple tracking system for leads, calls, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.

Develop our new CRM and work out bugs and improve its design and usability.

Coordinate with the operations team on messaging, promotions, and any campaigns tied to onboarding new cleaners or properties. Assist with other marketing and outreach projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence making cold calls. Comfortable creating simple marketing graphics/content (e.g., Canva or similar tools). Excellent organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in follow-up and record-keeping. Comfortable working independently in a remote, overnight environment. Reliable computer, internet connection, and backup plan for outages. Experience with Facebook /social media management, Google Workspace, UX Design is a plus, and CRM tools.

Equipment Requirements
High-speed, reliable internet connection. Quiet workspace free from distractions. Secondary monitor preferred but not required. Backup internet connection preferred. Must have a good quality microphone or headset for clear phone calls.
