Hi there! I’m Sheneen Ellis, Founder of a retention agency that partners with health and wellness brands to turn customer service into customer success.

We’re looking for a Data Validation & Reporting VA who loves accuracy, thrives in spreadsheets, and takes pride in catching even the tiniest data errors.

Role Overview

You’ll:

• Verify daily call logs and ensure accuracy
• Cross-check Shopify, Sticky, ClickBank, and PBS data
• Post coaching notes to help agents improve
• Update recap reports and scorecards using pivots
• Maintain dashboards with charts and trend reports

Requirements

• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (pivots, formulas, dashboards)
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable internet + dual monitors
• Previous graveyard shift experience (required)
• No other full-time job (this is not an async role)

Schedule:
Mon–Fri: 1pm–10pm EST
Sat: 2pm–7pm EST
