Audio Editor – Voiceover Cleanup & Editing | Beginners Welcome

We are looking for a reliable Audio Editor to help clean and edit voiceover recordings on an ongoing basis.

BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME! You do not need years of professional experience. If you know how to edit audio, have good attention to detail, and are willing to learn our editing style, we encourage you to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will receive raw voiceover recordings and turn them into clean, ready-to-use audio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Removing mistakes and retakes
• Removing repeated sentences or words
• Removing/reducing breaths between sentences
• Cutting long pauses and unnecessary silence
• Removing mouth noises, clicks, and distracting sounds
• Cleaning up background noise when needed
• Making cuts sound natural and seamless
• Keeping the speaker's natural voice and personality
• Making sure the volume is consistent
• Exporting the finished audio in the required format

This position focuses on spoken-word and voiceover recordings. This is NOT music production.

You do NOT need to be an advanced audio engineer. We care more about your ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and consistently deliver clean audio on time.

WORKLOAD
This is ongoing work with recordings available regularly.
We are looking for someone who can eventually handle multiple voiceover recordings per day when needed.

TEST EDIT
Applicants who appear to be a good fit will be sent a short audio file to edit as a test. The test will allow us to see how well you follow instructions and whether your editing style matches what we're looking for.
