Real Estate Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist

Part‑time to start (5 hours/day)
Full‑time possible after performance review.
We are a U.S.-based real estate company seeking an experienced cold caller who can confidently speak with homeowners, follow scripts, and generate warm leads. This is not a beginner position — we are looking for someone who already has real estate calling experience.

You will be calling:
Expired listings
FSBOs
Absentee owners
Preforeclosures
General seller leads

Your goal is simple:
Have real conversations, identify motivation, and tag warm leads.
