Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cold Calling Specialist with at least 1 year of professional outbound sales cold calling experience.

This is an outbound sales position, not customer service or general call center support.

You should have hands-on experience with:

• High-volume outbound sales cold calling
• Lead qualification and objection handling
• Working with scripts while maintaining natural conversations
• Multi-line dialer systems — we currently use BatchDialer
• CRM systems for managing leads, notes, and follow-ups — we currently use REISift
• Strong, clear, and persuasive English communication

Real estate experience is preferred. Experience cold calling property owners on behalf of a real estate investor or homebuyer to identify potential property sellers is especially preferred.

Entry-Level Applicants
