Virtual Assistant Wanted: Right-Hand to a Growing Sleep Consultant & Parenting Coach

Want to work for a leading sleep consultant and parenting coach who runs a membership, coaching packages & a growing content brand?

I'm Lauren, the founder of The Conscious Parenting Co. We help families with gentle, attachment-based sleep support and toddler behaviour coaching.

I am looking for a VA to be my right-hand woman! Someone who can join our team and take my big ideas of new freebies, new content series and new offers and turn them into a reality. Someone who can support me to manage the day-to-day of the business and exciting projects coming up.

This is a part-time role approx 2-5hrs of work depending on the week.
Flexible hours as business is Australian based.

What You'll Do:

• Email management
• Client management
• Repurposing Instagram content (carousels, Reels, captions) into email marketing campaigns
• Familiar with email marketing/CRM software like Ivorey (or similar) — nurture sequences, opt-ins, automations
• Client check-ins to keep families accountable through their sleep plans
• Familiar with Squarespace and CRM platforms like Ivorey (or similar platforms)
• Build landing pages
• Setting up and transitioning from booking systems
• Create funnels
• KPI reporting
• Client payment follow-ups
• Ability to create graphics, design Canva presentations & freebies (e.g. routines guides, sleep resources)
• Create automations & funnels

You’re Confident In:

• Squarespace
• Ivorey
• Canva

You Are:

• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Fast learner
• A strong communicator
• Experienced as a VA (1+ years)
• Familiar with working in a service based business'.

You Must Have
Reliable internet, your own computer, Zoom
Bonus: Video editing, funnels, copywriting
