Sales & Marketing Operations Executive

This is a hybrid role for someone who understands both sales operations and digital marketing. You’ll help keep sales pods organized and accountable while also supporting the marketing side of client campaigns—including Facebook /Meta advertising, creative coordination, audience management, tracking, and attribution.
This role is not just about completing tasks. You’ll be the glue between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, making sure campaigns are properly tracked, sales teams have what they need, data is accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a full-time position and requires working 8am–4pm Pacific Time with reliable Wi-Fi, power, and backup.

Detailed Job Description
Sales Pod Support & Operations
Assist the Closer and Setters Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
Attend team meetings and huddles, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
Support the onboarding and offboarding of closers and setters, including systems, documentation, and SOP access.
Maintain sales documentation, assets, and client resources for easy retrieval.
Audit closer calendars for availability and ensure sales SOPs are being followed.
Hold closers and setters accountable for EOD reports, post-call dispositions, and required sales processes.
Conduct call audits and sales data audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions.
Marketing Operations & Meta Ads Support
Support the marketing team with the execution and organization of Facebook /Meta advertising campaigns.
Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and organization across client accounts.
Coordinate and organize ad creatives, copy, offers, audiences, and campaign assets.
Support audience research, audience organization, and campaign targeting.
Assist with monitoring campaign performance and flagging unusual trends or discrepancies.
Coordinate with creative and marketing team members to ensure ads are delivered correctly and on schedule.
Help maintain accurate campaign documentation, naming conventions, tracking systems, and marketing assets.
Assist with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking checks to ensure campaigns are properly attributed.
Work with the team to troubleshoot discrepancies between ad platform data, CRM data, and sales results.
Tracking, Attribution & Analytics
Assist with monitoring lead sources, campaign attribution, and customer journeys.
Work with Hyros to review and maintain marketing attribution and tracking data.
Help connect marketing activity with sales outcomes to understand which campaigns, audiences, and channels are generating results.
Identify discrepancies between Meta, Hyros, CRM, and sales data and coordinate with the appropriate team to resolve them.
Maintain accurate reporting and ensure key marketing and sales metrics are properly tracked.
Support the team in identifying trends and opportunities based on campaign and sales data.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ year of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, executive assistance, or a similar role.
- Experience working with setters, closers, or sales teams is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Facebook /Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with Facebook ad campaigns, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Understanding of the Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Experience using Hyros
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable jumping on calls, team meetings, and video huddles.
- Strong interpersonal skills—you can chase updates and hold people accountable while remaining empathetic, professional, and respectful.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, requests, and deadlines.
- Proactive and solutions-driven—you don't just flag problems; you look for answers.
- Comfortable working with data and identifying discrepancies between different systems.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, people-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn new AI, automation, marketing, and sales technology.
