Remote | Flexible hours | AEST-friendly deadlines | Paid trial project
About Us
We’re Ride Proud Clothing — a premium Australian equestrian apparel brand for mature female riders (AU, US, CA, UK, NZ). We sell online via Shopify and run regular campaign launches.
The Role
We’re looking for an ad hoc graphic designer to create campaign creatives across:
- Website banners
- Facebook /Instagram static + carousel assets
- Story formats
- Email assets (including lightweight GIFs)
This is not a full-time role. It’s per campaign / as needed, with the opportunity for more work once we find the right fit.
What we want
We’re not after big-agency perfection. We want someone who is:
- Reliable (hits deadlines without chasing)
- Fast (quick first drafts + quick revisions)
- Good with feedback (collaborative, not precious)
- Strong on layout & typography (mobile readability matters)
Paid trial project (starting ASAP)
We have a paid trial project ready now. All images and text are provided.
Trial deliverables include:
- Website banner (base image provided)
- Collection banners (reuse above)
- Facebook page banner (reuse above)
- 4-card FB carousel with text overlays (images + text provided)
- Story resizes + 1 additional story creative (image + text provided)
- Email versions: square assets + GIF version
If it’s a good fit, we’ll keep working together for each new release.
Must-haves
- Proven design experience (portfolio required)
- Comfortable designing for ecommerce + ads (not just social posts)
- Can supply final exports (PNG/JPG/GIF) + editable source files
- Clean file organisation and naming
Tools
Canva / Figma / Adobe — up to you. Results matter more than tools.
To apply, please send:
Portfolio link (show ads/banners/email graphics if possible)
- Your tools (Canva/Figma/Adobe)
- Your fixed price quote for the paid trial project
- Your availability this week + typical turnaround time
If you’re creative and dependable, we’ll get along very well.
Work Style
This is a flexible, part-time position.
No set hours. No micromanaging.
You manage your own time and just get it done — accurately and on time.
You’ll be working directly with the founder and/or her VA, who both values clear communication, calm competence, and proactive problem-solving. We’ll use Microsoft Teams to chat and share files as needed.
Be sure to use RPGC2025 in the subject line of your application.
