Chat Representative (Shifting schedule & Weekend included)

Important: This position requires full-week availability: 5 shifts a week (you will also need to work WEEKENDS; this availability is a must).
Applicants should also be ready to take NIGHT SHIFTS throughout the week as well, and are expected to work during holidays for this end-of-year period.
This is a fully remote job.

Live chat support in a startup for a dating affiliate marketing platform.

-You will be supporting live chat during US hours during the weekdays/weekends (schedules mentioned below), both for regular customers and customer support messages
-Answering follow-up chats
-Proofreading and paraphrasing content in the English language
-The role might include training newcomers at a later stage
-Entry-level job

Requirements:

1. High English level:

-Spoken, reading, and writing
-Excellent grammar and spelling
-Flexible, can-do attitude, an excellent level of adaptation, and the will to learn something new (The platform is very new).
-Strong, consistent internet connection and backup plan for power outages
-Be familiar with regular job expectations and seriousness for the role

2. Schedule availability:

-You will be working 5 days a week--including weekends-- the following times:

05:00 AM to 01:00 PM PH Time

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM PH Time

11:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time **Priority schedule

3. Payment Structure:
-Per message Rate that will be disclosed upon the first conversation, with monthly bonus Thresholds
