We are a wedding-video business looking for reliable Adobe Premiere Pro editors who want a long-term position and a constant flow of paid work.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• A Windows PC suitable for running Adobe Premiere Pro — this workflow is PC-based
• Ability to receive payments through PayPal
• Careful attention to instructions and detail
• Fast, dependable delivery and responsive communication
• Conversational English
• Availability Monday–Friday, 09:00–14:00 GMT+3, during training
• Willingness to ask questions and report progress

Previous wedding or multicamera editing experience is welcome, but it is not required. Some of our best editors joined us without any wedding-editing experience.

STEP 1: SHORT SKILLS ASSESSMENT

Shortlisted candidates complete a brief unpaid editing assessment before training. It consists of a five-minute multicam timeline and a 30-second reception timeline and should take approximately 30 minutes of editing time. It is used to confirm that you can understand the workflow, follow instructions accurately, communicate well, and deliver on time.

STEP 2: PAID TRAINING

Candidates who pass the test enter paid training. You receive access to our learning platform, training videos, tutorials, and guidance from a personal tutor during the training hours above. Training continues until you reach the editing standard required for ongoing work. The training rate and milestones will be confirmed before training begins.

ONGOING PAID WORK AND CONTINUED TRAINING

Once you complete the initial training, you will begin receiving a constant flow of paid wedding-video assignments with synced material and clear instructions. Our syncers handle synchronization, our ML system supplies the preprocessed multicam, you vet the result, and our QC team reviews the complete multicam.

The learning does not stop when the paid work begins. Your real assignments will go hand in hand with continued training as you learn every part of our wedding-video workflow. You will progress step by step through the different types of edits until you reach the highest level: creating complete wedding highlights.
