About the Role

AI-Powered Marketing Execution | Part-Time | $750/month

We are looking for a talented, proactive Fitness Marketing Specialist to work directly with our founder and help turn marketing strategy into high-quality execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands fitness marketing, consumer psychology and direct response, and who enjoys taking an idea and turning it into an actual campaign, funnel, email sequence, creative concept or marketing system.

You will work across our company, supporting fitness creators, coaches, apps, memberships and consumer fitness brands.

This is not a traditional VA role, and it is not simply a social media or design position. We need someone who understands marketing and can take ownership of getting things done.

What you will be doing

You will work closely with our founder in a weekly strategy session where we review:

Client performance and key numbers

Current campaigns and upcoming launches

Offers, funnels and conversion opportunities

Email marketing and retention

Paid advertising performance

Creative ideas and content opportunities

Problems that need solving

New opportunities for growth

You will then turn those discussions into a clear action plan and help execute the work.

Your responsibilities may include:

Researching markets, audiences, competitors and customer psychology

Developing marketing ideas and campaign concepts

Creating campaign strategies and execution plans

Building email campaigns and nurture sequences

Writing or improving marketing copy

Creating creative briefs and basic marketing graphics

Helping build landing pages, funnels and campaign assets

Supporting Meta advertising strategy and campaign setup

Reviewing campaign performance and identifying improvements

Preparing client reports, presentations and recommendations

Using AI tools, especially Viktor AI, to research, ideate, analyse and execute faster

Coordinating with designers, developers and other team members when required

Taking ownership of agreed tasks and ensuring they are completed to a high standard

You will not be expected to independently create the entire company strategy from scratch. James will provide direction, context and strategic input. Your role is to understand that direction, improve it where appropriate, and turn it into excellent execution.

The type of person we are looking for

You would be a strong fit if you:

Have practical experience in marketing, preferably within fitness, coaching, wellness, apps, memberships or consumer brands

Understand offers, funnels, email marketing, paid ads and conversion

Have a good understanding of direct response marketing

Can think strategically but are also comfortable doing the actual work

Are proactive and do not need to be chased for every task

Can take a rough idea and turn it into a clear plan

Have strong written communication skills

Understand how to use AI tools to improve research, creativity and productivity

Are comfortable learning new software and systems

Care about quality, detail and deadlines

Want to grow into a more senior marketing role over time

You do not need to be an expert in every area. We are more interested in someone with strong marketing foundations, good judgement, initiative and the ability to learn quickly.

Important: This is not a generic assistant role

Please do not apply if your experience is mainly:

Scheduling social media posts

Basic Canva graphics

Data entry

Administrative support

General virtual assistant work

Posting generic AI-generated content

We need someone who genuinely understands why marketing works, not just someone who can complete a checklist.

You will work directly with the founder and have the opportunity to support a range of interesting projects across fitness, marketing, technology and consumer products.

Hours and compensation

Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week

$750 per month

Flexible working arrangement, with some overlap required for weekly strategy calls

Opportunity to increase hours and compensation as the workload and business grow

Potential progression into a more senior marketing role

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business rather than someone looking for a short-term task-based role.

How to apply

Please include the following:

A short introduction explaining your marketing experience.

A real fitness, coaching, wellness, app or consumer marketing campaign you have worked on.

Explain:

What was the business or offer?

What was the objective?

What strategy was used?

What did you personally do?

Which channels did you work across?

What were the results?

What would you improve?

Tell us how you currently use AI tools in your marketing work.

Explain how you would turn a weekly strategy session with a founder into a clear execution plan.

Please also include a short Loom video introducing yourself and walking us through your case study.

We are much more interested in seeing how you think and what you have actually done than reading a generic application full of buzzwords.
