Meta Ad Designer

We’re looking for a talented DIRECT RESPONSE designer to create high-performing static ads for Meta/Facebook across several online consumer brands.

🎨 WHAT YOU’LL DO

→ Create static Meta/Facebook ads in Figma

→ Turn rough concepts, references and winning ads into finished creative

→ Create multiple variations of strong concepts

→ Use AI tools like Gemini / Nano Banana to generate and edit images

→ Research competitor ads and collect useful inspiration

→ Produce a steady volume of new creative every week

→ Gradually learn from ad performance and contribute more of your own ideas

👀 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✓ Strong visual taste, and ability to make UGLY ads!

✓ Very comfortable in Figma

✓ Experience creating ads, ecommerce creative or paid-social graphics

✓ Comfortable using AI image tools

✓ Able to work quickly and take feedback well

✓ Good English communication

✓ Interested in learning what makes ads perform

You do not need previous experience in this niche, but you should be comfortable working with this type of content.

✕ Corporate presentations

✕ Making everything look polished but boring

We want someone who enjoys creating ads that STOP THE SCROLL and get clicked.

💰 COMPENSATION

Full-time

$1,200–$1,600 USD/month depending on experience and ability
