Remote Payment Operations Chat Support – Floating Shift

Looking for a stable, long-term Full-Time career? PAYJN, a global payment service provider, is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Payment Operations Chat Support Specialist based in the Philippines.

This is a fully remote, non-voice position. To ensure we hire only the most reliable and accurate candidates, all new hires must successfully complete our Floating Shift Probationary Phase before being regularized into a fixed Full-Time schedule.

THE PATHWAY TO FULL-TIME (How It Works)

Phase 1: Floating Shift Probation (Your Starting Point)

• Schedule: You will be assigned flexible shifts (typically 3 days/week, 20–30 hours) to cover the rest days of our core team. You must be available to work either the Early Shift (05:00–15:00) or Mid Shift (15:00–01:00) blocks.
• Paid Training: 3 days of paid training (10 hours/day).
• Probationary Pay: You are paid strictly for the hours you work at a rate of USD 1.5385 per approved hour. You can take on additional emergency shifts to increase your earnings.

Phase 2: Fixed Full-Time Role (Your Goal)

• Promotion: Transition to a fixed Full-Time role is a mandatory and inevitable process for candidates who demonstrate zero operational errors, strong discipline, and high reliability.
• Regular Salary: USD 400 - $450/month base salary.
• Bonuses: Eligible for a USD 35 Monthly Full-Attendance Bonus and potential promotion to Shift Leader (up to USD 500/month).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant Experience Highly Preferred: At least 2 years of highly relevant experience in BPO, fintech, payments, e-commerce, banking, or complex chat support. You must be comfortable working with numbers, screenshots, and system records.
• Strong written English and fast, accurate typing.
• Ability to strictly follow SOPs with zero deviation.
• A reliable PC/laptop (mobile-only work is NOT accepted), stable internet, and a power backup plan.
