WHO WE ARE

The Wealth Creation Club helps people in the United States learn about real estate investing, and find reputable education, events and resources that fit their goals.

Our members pay us nothing to take part. We earn our revenue through referral partnerships with established real estate education companies, when someone we have referred chooses to become their customer. We would rather tell you that plainly now than have you wonder later.

TWCC is a new venture from the owner of Seattle Nanny Network — a US company that has been trading since 1997, has won Better Business Bureau awards in 2003 and 2021, and has been written about in the New York Times, Axios, The Cut and the Seattle Times.

We would much rather you applied knowing exactly who we are.

We are at the point where the platform is nearly built and needs someone to run the marketing side of it properly. That is the job.

WHAT YOU WOULD ACTUALLY DO

• Own the content calendar. Know what is going out, when, and on which channel.
• Write and schedule email and SMS campaigns in GoHighLevel.
• Watch what is happening inside our community and turn it into announcements that go out to our leads.
• Repurpose approved content across channels so one good piece of work does several jobs.
• Keep the CRM tidy — contacts, tags, and lists that can be trusted.
• Write down how you did things, so the next person does not have to guess.

You will not be talking to clients or job applicants. This is behind-the-scenes work.

You do NOT need to know anything about real estate investing. You do need to be willing to learn enough about it to write clearly on the subject. We will teach you the rest.

WHAT WE ARE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR

Here is the honest description, in our own words. The person we are hoping to find is responsive and communicative, does high-quality work, is smart and self-driven, and has a "figure it out" personality.

We would rather have someone curious and resourceful who learns fast than someone who has used every tool before but waits to be told what to do.

You do NOT need years of GoHighLevel experience. If you have never opened it but you are the kind of person who will find the documentation, watch the videos and work it out, that counts for more with us.

What we do need:

• Genuinely good written English. You will be writing things our leads read.
• Real organisation. Things do not get forgotten because nobody reminded you.
• Comfort with AI tools. We use them, we expect you to use them, and we will ask you how.
• Follow-through. You close the loop without being chased.
• Honesty about what you do not know.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

We use Hubstaff for time tracking, and we will be straight with you about why. We are a small team, you will be working while we are asleep, and it lets us pay you promptly and with confidence.

Our intention is to stop needing it after your 90-day review. If the work speaks for itself, it should. We would genuinely rather not be looking over anyone's shoulder.

You will also send a short end-of-day note: what you did, anything you are stuck on, anything you need from us. It takes five minutes and it prevents almost every problem a remote team has.

THE HOURS — PLEASE READ THIS PART

Your day starts at 7:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

That gives you one to two hours of overlap with our late afternoon in Seattle for a short daily check-in, and the rest of your day is your own to get on with the work.

This is NOT a graveyard shift. You keep normal Philippine daytime hours. We know how rare that is for US-facing work and we did it on purpose.

Expected start: early October 2026.

WHAT WE PAY, AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

$750 USD per month to start, paid bi-weekly.
$800 USD per month once you pass your 90-day review. That is written into your agreement — it is not something you have to ask for.

Beyond that: this role is meant to grow. As TWCC grows, a person who becomes fully independent in this seat can realistically expect to roughly double their starting salary within the first year, plus a bonus structure we will discuss with you. We are telling you that as an honest intention rather than a guarantee, because it depends on the business hitting its targets — and you would be part of making that happen.

Other terms, stated up front so nobody has to negotiate later:

• Philippine public holidays, paid.
• 10 days paid leave per year, accruing.
• 90-day probation with a written review at the end. If you pass it, we contribute $150 towards your equipment and backup power setup.
• This is a full-time, exclusive role. We do not mind what you do outside your contracted hours, but during them you are working for us and not for other clients. Please be straight with us about any existing commitments when you apply — we will not hold honesty against you.

We are looking for someone to be with us for years, not months.
