Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager to support the development and production of private-label products for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Find and evaluate manufacturers and suppliers, mainly in China and Asia.
Request and compare quotations, MOQ, lead times and production capabilities.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and production conditions.
Coordinate samples and communicate product requirements with factories.
Follow production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate quality inspections and resolve production issues.
Manage packaging, labeling and Amazon FBA requirements.
Obtain and compare freight quotations and coordinate international shipments.
Track shipments from factory to warehouse/Amazon FBA.
Maintain supplier, product cost and shipment records.

Requirements:

Proven sourcing experience, preferably with private-label products.
Experience working directly with Chinese/Asian manufacturers.
Understanding of international shipping and Amazon FBA logistics.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent written English.
Independent, organized and proactive.

Experience with Alibaba, 1688, freight forwarders and product development is a strong advantage.
