micro1 is hiring CAD Experts to help train next-generation AI systems in manufacturing and design workflows. Your hands-on CAD experience is the qualification — no AI background needed.

💰 $50 – $100/hr (output-based pay per completed task)
🌍 Fully remote — open worldwide
⏰ 15–20 hrs/week, fully flexible (evenings/weekends welcome)

What you'll actually do:
✅ Give expert feedback on manufacturing processes and CAD/CAM/CNC workflows
✅ Review and refine AI-generated manufacturing recommendations
✅ Build and validate rubrics for evaluating process accuracy and efficiency

What you need:
✔️ Hands-on experience with any CAD platform (Fusion 360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Onshape, Inventor, CATIA, Creo)
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points for:
⭐ Autodesk tools (especially Fusion 360 / AutoCAD)
⭐ CAM, CNC machining, or digital manufacturing background
⭐ Python proficiency
⭐ Familiarity with AI tools or evaluating AI output
⭐ Experience building process evaluation rubrics
