Facebook Monetisation Manager (Talent Content & Growth)
Confidential employer
We manage Facebook content monetisation for influencer talent (lifestyle, parenting, entertainment niches). We're hiring someone to take full ownership of the content and monetisation strategy for two live client pages, with more clients coming online.
This is NOT a content assistant or scheduler role. We need someone who has actually run a monetised Facebook page before, understands the mechanics of how Meta pays out, and can direct content strategy and an editor without being managed step by step.
You must be able to demonstrate, not just claim:
Hands-on experience monetising a Facebook page via in-stream ads / the Reels bonus or equivalent Meta monetisation programme not just "I ran a Facebook page," but "I made money from one and can show the numbers"
Working knowledge of what actually drives Facebook video earnings: watch-time economics, qualified views vs. total views, CPM/RPM by video length, and how licensed vs. original audio affects eligibility
A track record of getting videos to go genuinely viral on Facebook specifically (not Instagram/TikTok reposted) you can talk through a real example, what the hook was, why it worked, and what the numbers were
Ability to look at performance data and diagnose what's actually wrong (topic, hook, audio, length, posting time) rather than guessing
Comfort directing a video editor against a brief and giving usable, specific feedback you'll be the one steering the edit, not the founder
Full autonomy: you take a weekly performance readout and a loose brief and come back with the plan and the output. No hand-holding, no daily check-ins required to get work out the door
What you'll own:
Content and topic strategy for two talent Facebook pages (parenting/lifestyle niche), scaling to more
Directing the video editor's cut selection and hooks against a monetisation-first brief
Sourcing and prioritising raw material (stories, clips, talking-head footage) into a real content pipeline
Weekly performance review and reporting: what worked, what didn't, what changes next week
Owning cadence and volume targets — you drive the calendar, you don't wait to be told what's next
What this is not: graphic design, community management busywork, or general social media management for brand awareness. This is a revenue role you're being hired because you already know how Facebook pays creators and can make that number go up.
Please apply with: (1) a specific example of a Facebook video/page you monetised, with real numbers if you're able to share them, and (2) one sentence on why a video failed to earn despite good views if you can't answer that, this isn't the right role for you.
