Elementor Pro Web Designer for US Marketing Agency (Part Time to Full Time)

We are a US-based digital marketing agency serving home service and trades businesses: plumbing, contracting, tree service, septic, HVAC. We build fast, conversion-focused WordPress sites in Elementor Pro.

You will not be starting from a blank page. We provide the wireframes, the site framework, the brand assets, and the content. Your job is to turn that into a finished site that looks clean and professional and stays true to each client's brand.

We have an in-house developer who handles anything custom or technical. This role is design and build. You own how the site looks and how it comes together in Elementor, and you hand off anything that needs real code.

We start every hire with one paid trial project. If it goes well, you move into the full time role.

What You Will Do

Build complete WordPress sites in Elementor Pro from wireframes we provide
Work within each client's brand: their color palette, font families, logo, and style rules
Place, crop, resize, and lightly retouch client-provided brand and job site photos
Compress and optimize images for fast load times
Build service pages, location pages, and landing pages at volume
Apply basic on-page SEO we specify: title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, alt text, internal links
Set up forms, click-to-call buttons, and CTAs
Make ongoing edits and updates to existing client sites
Work directly inside our hosting environment using accounts we provide

Requirements

2+ years building sites in Elementor Pro specifically, not just page builders in general
Comfortable building from wireframes without needing every detail spelled out
Strong visual eye. You can make a plumbing or septic website look modern and premium, not like a 2015 template
Comfortable with basic CSS. You can write custom CSS for spacing, hover states, and small layout fixes when Elementor's controls fall short. You do not need to be a developer
Solid photo editing skills in Photoshop, Canva, or similar. Cropping, background cleanup, color correction, and export at the right size
Disciplined about brand consistency. You stick to the color scheme and font stack given to you and do not freelance new ones
Understanding of basic on-page SEO and image optimization
Reliable internet and backup power or a backup connection
Clear written English

Nice to Have

Experience with trades or home service clients
Figma, ACF, or WP Rocket experience
Experience building at volume, many similar sites rather than one-offs

Hours and Pay

Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern. That is roughly 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time. This is a graveyard shift. If that does not work for your life, do not apply.

40 hours means 40 hours. This is not a side gig stacked on top of other clients. If you are currently working for another agency or carrying freelance clients, tell me up front and tell me what you plan to do about it.

Pay is $1,200 to $1,500 USD per month depending on portfolio and speed, paid twice monthly. Paid trial project first.

All work happens in our hosting environment using accounts we provide. No work on personal servers or outside staging environments.

Portfolio Requirement (read this before applying)

I want to see real client sites you built, live and in production, with the client's actual name and business on them. Not template demos. Not Envato or ThemeForest previews. Not a site you "customized" by swapping the logo and colors on a purchased kit. If I can find the identical layout for sale somewhere, it does not count.

Send at least 3 live URLs. For each one, tell me:

Client name and industry
What existed before you: nothing, an old site, a wireframe from someone else
What you personally built versus what someone else did
One design decision you made and why

If you cannot describe your own decisions on a site, you did not build it.
