Call center/Dispatch

Mr. Electric of Waco is looking for an individual who has fantastic english skills and is comfortable with the program Service Titan. The candidates daily tasks will be answering phone calls, gathering customer information, booking jobs onto our dispatch board and communicating with our team of electricians. This will be the primary task, as time and trust evolves there are a multitude of virtual assistant tasks that can be added to this primary task to fill time and hours.
