GoHighLevel Specialist — Build Funnels & Automations for US Healthcare Practice (15 hrs/week, long-term)

We're a small pediatric therapy practice in Texas. We have a GoHighLevel account and almost nothing built in it. We need someone who can build it out properly, document what they built, then stay on to run content and admin.

This is not a "learn GHL on the job" role. You'll be asked to prove your skill in a paid test task before we hire.

First 6-8 weeks (build phase):

Booking calendar to replace Calendly
5-field intake form feeding a pipeline
Confirmation page with dropdown questions
Pipeline stages with automated SMS + email sequences
Landing page for a video sales letter
Payment link integration
Social Planner connected to 4 platforms
A Loom walkthrough of every single thing you build — this is required, not optional

Ongoing after buildout:

Cut one hour of batch-filmed video into 15-20 short posts, add captions and on-screen text
Schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook
Research and expand a local referral partner list
Reply to social comments and DMs using scripts we give you
One-page weekly report

You must have:

Real hands-on GHL experience (forms, workflows, pipelines, calendars, Social Planner)
Short-form video editing — CapCut level is fine, we don't need color grading
Clear written English
Reliable overlap with US Central Time for at least part of your day
