Amazon E-Commerce Virtual Assistant – Listings, Research and Image Editing

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant with experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit and optimize Amazon product listings
• Write titles, bullet points, descriptions and Item Highlights
• Perform product, competitor and keyword research
• Create and manage variations, sizes, colors and quantities
• Monitor Account Health, performance notifications and policy warnings
• Check suppressed, inactive, stranded and out-of-stock listings
• Monitor FBA inventory, storage fees, pricing and listing changes
• Open and follow up on Seller Support cases
• Review listings for errors, incorrect information or missing details
• Edit product images, remove backgrounds and create basic listing graphics
• Organize spreadsheets, product information, UPCs, SKUs and inventory data
• Monitor competitors and report important pricing or product changes
• Assist with other Amazon and e-commerce tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Strong written English
• Product-listing and keyword-research experience
• Basic image-editing skills using Photoshop, Canva or similar software
• Careful attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must use common sense and notify us when something appears incorrect
• Reliable communication and ability to work independently
