Influencer Research & Outreach VA for LA Photoshoot

We are organizing a fashion/lifestyle photoshoot event in Los Angeles in approximately 20 days and are looking for a fast and resourceful Virtual Assistant to help with Instagram lead generation and outreach.

Main Tasks

1. Influencer Research

We will provide you with examples of the exact type of female influencers/models we are looking for.

Your job will be to build a list of approximately 500 Los Angeles-based influencers/models who closely match our examples.

For each influencer, we only need:

Name
Instagram handle
Follower count

We do NOT need email s, phone numbers, agencies, or complicated research.

The most important thing is finding relevant profiles that actually match the style we provide, not random influencers.

2. Photographer Research

Build a list of approximately 30–50 Los Angeles photographers who work with:

Fashion
Models
Influencers
Lifestyle brands
Editorial content

We are especially interested in photographers who already work with attractive models and influencers in Los Angeles.

3. Outreach

You may also help us contact approximately 400–500 influencers through Instagram and track:

Contacted
Replied
Interested
Confirmed
Follow-up needed

Outreach scripts and instructions will be provided.

Requirements

Very good at Instagram research
Experience with lead generation
Experience with influencer research is a big plus
Fast and organized
Comfortable working with Google Sheets
Good English
Available during the next 20 days
Able to start immediately

Budget

$100 fixed project

There may be additional work after this project if we work well together.
