We’re a Fanvue agency building social media audiences for fictional adult AI models, and we’re looking for an experienced AI Content Creator to join our team long-term.

You’ll produce Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, Instagram carousels and other social content from specific creative briefs.

We lead the content strategy and provide the angles, references and direction. You turn those briefs into polished, ready-to-publish content.

This is a hands-on production role—not a general VA position, fan-chatting role or on-camera job.

The work covered by this position is non-explicit, platform-appropriate social media content. You should be comfortable working with a Fanvue agency and AI models.

What you’ll do
Create AI images and videos: Generate realistic content while keeping each model’s face, appearance and overall identity consistent.
Produce finished social assets: Turn briefs into Instagram/Facebook Reels, carousel image sets and other requested formats.
Edit and quality-check: Handle pacing, captions, text overlays, audio and formatting where required. Catch obvious AI errors before submitting.
Deliver reliably: Meet agreed daily and weekly production quotas, follow deadlines and apply feedback to revisions and future work.
Keep production organised: Maintain clearly labelled assets, prompts and project files, and communicate progress or blockers through ---------- .

We want someone who can follow a specific direction without needing every step explained—but who will flag an issue rather than waste hours producing the wrong thing.

Experience you must already have

You must have previous experience creating AI-generated Instagram Reels or comparable short-form social videos, with examples you can show us.

You should already be confident using an AI image-generation and image-to-video workflow, including tools such as GPT Image 2, Nano Banana Pro, Kling 3.0, Seedream or Seedance, alongside an editor such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.

We care about what you can actually produce, not how many tool names appear on your CV. Tell us which tools you have personally used and show us the results.

You also need strong written English comprehension, attention to detail, a reliable computer and internet connection, and the ability to work independently during the agreed shift.

We’ll onboard you to our models, briefs and production standards. This is not a beginner training position for someone who has never made AI content.

Schedule and compensation

Working hours: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippine time, six days per week, with the weekly rest day agreed before starting.

Base pay: $5 USD per hour. At 36 hours per week, this averages approximately $780 per month. Actual pay is based on hours worked.

Performance bonuses: Additional bonuses are available when your content meets agreed performance milestones, including qualifying viral videos. The criteria will be explained before you start. Bonuses are additional to your base pay.

Tools: We provide the required work subscriptions and approved generation credits.

Communication: All team communication takes place on ---------- . You’re expected to be reachable and communicative during your scheduled working hours.
