Podcast Editor - Experienced Level

I’m looking for an experienced podcast editor to help me with my podcast “unbound the pod” where we discuss the systems that keep us from reaching our human potential and consider solutions that could help us get there.

The podcast episodes are recorded both online and in person. The cadence is monthly and each episode is between 20-50 minutes long.

Specifically, I need help with
•⁠ ⁠editing the episodes (cutting, intro & outro, color grading, etc.)
•⁠ ⁠turning it into short-form content
•⁠ ⁠turning it into blog posts eventually, once I have a website

If you are experienced in creating podcasts and can help me get better at the interviewing part, that would be a huge bonus.

I’d love to work with a woman since we are so underrepresented in this field. You don’t need to be a pro, I’m at the beginning of my own journey so we can learn together, but you do need to know what you’re doing and be proactive.
