AI Animation Editor

HIRING: AI Animation Editor ($2K/month) — Full Time Only

We're a fast-scaling DTC beauty/cosmetics brand looking for an AI animation editor to work inside our in-house creative team.

Quality is non-negotiable for us. Every frame gets executed strongly, so attention to detail matters here.

What you'd be making:
⁃ Pixar-style 3D character ads
⁃ Claymation / stop-motion cartoon ads
⁃ AI animation across styles — character-driven, product-as-hero
⁃ AI song ads
⁃ Clean voiceovers on everything

What we're looking for:
Someone deeply immersed in AI-driven stylized animation — you're constantly testing new tools and models, and you know what's actually working in the market right now, not just what's trending. You can take a beauty product and build a whole animated world around it. You understand marketing fundamentals — hooks, pacing, why people buy, what makes an ad convert instead of just looking pretty. You don't need heavy direction; you have the skill to produce high-quality Pixar-style and claymation ads on your own. You're hungry to produce as many winners as possible and want to be compensated accordingly.
